The reviews on Yelp were accurate! Nick's Crispy Tacos was tasty, delicious and absolutely filling! Their tacos include golden pinto beans! They fill those puppies up with yumminess. We had the asada and the carnitas tacos. We also tried "Nick style" taco which included a crispy tortilla along with a soft tortilla. It was different but in a good way. The guac and chips were also a delight! The salsa was fresh! The salsas they have are authentic and sooooooo tasty!! Good job! The secret ingredient to elevate tacos is the right salsa and the salsa was finger licking good!!!! We will be back!

Came here for Taco Tuesday and had a great time! For their soft tacos it was 2 for $8, which is such a steal in SF, especially with the size of the tacos they're serving. They also have margarita "pitchers" for $20. The maragritas were fairly strong but still tasty and the food came out incredibly quick with a very little wait. The booth seating is a little strange cause it's U-shaped and your point of view is looking out at the bar. I believe this is their new location and it's right in the heart of the Marina so it's the perfect start to a bar crawl or just a fun night out with friends.

This is my first time at this location. I'd gone to the previous location a few times and loved the vibe. It's more of a bar/damn near nightclub that also serves tacos/Mexican food. I've gone with friends after work, on bar crawls, etc and always had a great time. This time I was nearby the area on taco Tuesday and wanted to try out the new place! Overall the new location is much smaller than the previous one from what I remember. Also, more of a sports bar now and less lounge vibes. Of course it was pretty busy here when we'd arrived, and there were absolutely no empty tables (note: they do have outdoor tables right on the side of the restaurant with heaters, which were empty at the time but we just didn't want to sit outside). We'd planned to take the food to go and hit a local park or something, but once we placed the order, the guy who took our order was nice enough to help us look/ask around to find us an empty table! We got our chips/guac/salsa and drinks immediately after ordering so we were able to enjoy that while we waited for our food, which came out pretty quickly afterwards. The tacos were HUGE, I barely finished 1 before I got full, so we had asked for a to go box for the rest of the food. I wasn't expecting there to be beans inside the tacos (must've missed the description on the menu) because I don't like beans at all, but this wasn't too bad. Service was pretty good, as good as it could be for 3 servers working a busy restaurant. We had to ask a few times for our to go box because they'd forget in between their runs but that was understandable. Overall, the tacos were delicious, the ambiance was lively, and this is a great place for date night or catching up with friends!
